Tour prices includes โณ๏ธ โข High quality open-faced helmet โข Friendly English-speaking tour guide and supporter during the tour. โข Transportation by motorbike (one guest per motorbike alongside your guide) โข Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off (Districts 1, 3 and 10) โข All food and drinks during the tour โข Rain poncho โข Photos from your tour (emailed after the tour) 2. Whatโs NOT included ๐ซ โข Personal expenses (e.g., tips, souvenirs) โข Additional beverages or snacks beyond the tour menu โข Additional pickup/drop-off fees outside the specified districts โข Extra charges for special requests not mentioned in the itinerary 3. Booking & Payment ๐ณ โข Advance booking is required (at least 12 hours before the tour). โข Full payment or a deposit 50% may be required to confirm your reservation. โข We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash. 3. Cancellation & Refund ๐ต โข More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund. โข 12-24 hours before the tour: 50% refund. โข Less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund (Full charge applies). โข In case of cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or reschedule. 4. Tour Changes & Rescheduling โ Changes to the tour date or time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
