Cancellation Policy
1. Tour prices includes ✳️ • High quality open-faced helmet • Friendly English-speaking tour guide and supporter during the tour. • Transportation by motorbike (one guest per motorbike alongside your guide) • Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off (Districts 1, 3 and 10) • All food and drinks during the tour • Rain poncho • Photos from your tour (emailed after the tour) 2. What’s NOT included 🚫 • Personal expenses (e.g., tips, souvenirs) • Additional beverages or snacks beyond the tour menu • Additional pickup/drop-off fees outside the specified districts • Extra charges for special requests not mentioned in the itinerary 3. Booking & Payment 💳 • Advance booking is required (at least 12 hours before the tour). • Full payment or a deposit 50% may be required to confirm your reservation. • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash. 3. Cancellation & Refund 💵 • More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund. • 12-24 hours before the tour: 50% refund. • Less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund (Full charge applies). • In case of cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or reschedule. 4. Tour Changes & Rescheduling ⌛ Changes to the tour date or time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to modify your itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. 5. Health & Safety 🩺 • Guests should inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before the tour. • High quality open-faced helmets are provided for motorbike tours, and we prioritize safety at all times. 6. Group Size & Private Tours 👪 Our standard tours have a small group size for a personalized experience. Private tours are available upon request with custom pricing. 7. Child Policy 👶 • Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (shared meals with parents). • Children 5 - 10 years old: 50% of the adult price. • Children 11 years and older: Full adult price. 8. Weather Policy 🌧️ Tours operate rain or shine; we provide a rain poncho, and the tour route may be adjusted to ensure your safety during inclement weather. 9.
